THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 3278 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R. No. 255 of 2013 on the file of Satyanarayanapuram Police Station, Vijayawada. The 2nd respondent herein is the de facto complainant. The police, after completing the investigation, have filed their final report on 09.08.2013 disclosing that the contents of the complaint are false in nature. Hence, this Criminal Petition is allowed, preserving the remedy available to the 2nd respondent to take appropriate steps with regard to the final report submitted by the police.
