This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering and disposing of representations dated 13.01.2016 and 17.06.2017 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of representations dated 13.01.2016 and 17.06.2017. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for respondents.

Since it is stated that the grievance of the petitioner is already pending for consideration before the respondent authorities, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 13.01.2016 and 17.06.2017 and dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
