This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the revision petitioners/ defendants aggrieved by the docket order, dated 09.01.2020, passed in I.A.No.1859 of 2019 in O.S.No.1093 of 2019 by the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, wherein the Court below has issued order of conditional attachment on payment of process and report by 07.02.2020.

Heard the learned counsel for revision petitioners/ defendants and perused the record.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the revision petitioners/ defendants made a request before this Court to direct the Court below to dispose of the subject Interlocutory Application expeditiously. It is also submitted that the subject Interlocutory Application stands posted to 07.02.2020.

Under these circumstances, the revision petitioners/ defendants are at liberty to file an application before the Court below seeking to advance the hearing of subject Interlocutory Application, and get expeditious disposal of the same. 5 .

With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
