By filing this interlocutory application, a prayer has been made for substituting learned arbitrator already appointed vide order dated 28.10.2022 passed in Arb.Application No.15 of 2022.

It is submitted that Mr.Justice Ramesh Ranganathan (Retd.) has since been appointed as Chairperson of the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, because of which, he is not in a position to continue with the arbitration proceedings.

Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that Mr.Justice A.Rajasheker Reddy (Retd.) may be appointed as the arbitrator to continue with the arbitration proceedings.

Accordingly and in the light of above, our order dated 28.10.2022 passed in Arbitration Application No.15 of 2022 is modified to the extent that Mr.Justice A.Rajasheker Reddy, (Retd.), R/o. Plot No.22A, Road No.12, M.L.A.Colony, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad - 033,
