This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.91 of 2015 of Khammam II Town Police Station, Khammam District. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the case was referred as false.

In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
