JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal arises out of order, dated 25.2.2015, in Writ Petition No.2868 of 2015 of a learned Single Judge of this Court, whereby he has dismissed the said Writ Petition.

This Writ Appeal was taken up for hearing on admission on 08.8.2016. As no one appeared for the appellant, it was passed over and eventually, posted to today. Even today, when the case was called, no one represented the appellant. Hence, it is reasonable to

presume that the appellant is not interested in pursuing his cause in this case.

The Writ Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed for nonprosecution.
