Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to respondent No.1 for the relief as prayed for in the writ petition, namely action against respondent No.2.
Without examining merits of the contentions urged by the petitioner, we dispose of this writ petition as not pressed with liberty as prayed. If the petitioner makes representation, as aforementioned, respondent No.1 shall consider and deal with the same on merits in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 16 weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
