It is the case of the petitioner that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.0-30 cents, situated in Survey No.497-3 of Velvadam village, Mylavaram Mandal, Krishna District. The said land was stated to be belonging to the grand father of the petitioner and was transferred to him after his death. Since the eighth respondent was trying to interfere with the said land, the petitioner approached the fourth respondent for conducting survey of the land of an extent of Ac.0-30 cents in Survey No.497-3. He paid the requisite fee on 15.12.2017 and, in spite of the same when no action was taken; the present Writ Petition is filed. Even after granting sufficient time to the learned Government Pleader twice, no instructions have been received by him.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing fourth respondent to conduct survey and fix the boundary stones as per the request of the petitioner in respect of the land of an extent of Ac.0-30 cents, situated in Survey No.497-3 of Velvadam village, Mylavaram Mandal, Krishna District. If the survey cannot be conducted for any reason, an appropriate intimation shall be given to the petitioner showing the reason for the same. The above action shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
