HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI Crl.R.C.No.49 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed seeking to set aside order dated 18.12.2018 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Khammam, in M.C.No.10 of 2017.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the contents of the letter dated 09.12.2019 addressed by him to the Registrar (Judicial) and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case.
3.
Permission is accorded and the Criminal Revision Case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
4.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
