When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the sole petitioner died on 06.07.2017 and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition by the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner, if necessary.

Permission for withdrawal is accorded.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
