THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.5520 of 2005 ORDER:

Sri G. Praveen Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri W.B. Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the matter has become infructuous as the petitioner was removed from service subsequently and the same has also been subjected to challenge by way of an independent writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving all issues open to be addressed in the subsequent writ petition. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
