LAKSHMAN W RI T PETI TI ON No.1 0 7 2 of 2 0 2 0 ORDER (Per Hon'ble Dr. Justice Shameem Akther) This Writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ mother of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the detenu Bhukya Suersh, S/ o.Bhukya Omji before this Court and record his statement and based on the same, initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents. 2 .

There is no representation for the petitioner. Heard the submissions of Sri Manoj Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing the official respondent Nos.1 to 4 and perused the record. 3 .

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing the official respondent Nos.1 to 4 would submit that the detenu Bhukya Suresh, S/ o. Bhukya Omji, has been remanded to judicial custody in Crime No.7 of 2020 on the file of Maripeda Police Station, Mahabubabad District, on 13.01.2020. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home filed material papers, i.e., copy of FIR, copy of Remand Case Diary, copy of Arrest/ Court Suurrender Memo, which demonstrates the same. Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. 4 .

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
