When the matter had come up earlier on 02-02-2017, none appeared and there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even today also, when the matter has come up, none appears and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems the petitioner is not evincing any interest to prosecute the matter.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
