COMMON JUDGMENT:

A.S.No.413 of 2011 arises out of judgment and decree, dated 28.02.2011, in O.S.No.135 of 2007 on the file of learned II Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam.

The appellants filed A.S.M.P.No.853 of 2015, wherein it is, inter alia, stated that pending the appeal, both the parties have entered into compromise and that therefore, the appeal may be disposed of in terms of compromise. Undated memorandum of compromise signed by the appellants and the respondents and their respective counsel has been filed along with this application. At the hearing, the appellants and the respondents are personally present

and they have affirmed the compromise among them. The learned counsel for both the parties reiterated the prayer in A.S.M.P.No.853 of 2015.

In the light of the above facts, A.S.M.P.No.853 of 2015 is ordered. Consequently, A.S.No.413 of 2011 is disposed of in terms of compromise, vide undated memorandum of compromise filed along with A.S.M.P. No.853 of 2015. __________________________ (C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J) 01st May, 2015 GHN
