ORDER:

This Company Application is filed for condonation of delay of 526 days in filing the Claim Application in Form No.66, dated 07.6.2012, in respect of maturity amount of Rs.50,000/-, vide Amulya Cash Certificate No.351 before the Official Liquidator in respect of the company in liquidation.

Mr. M.Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator, has not opposed the Company Application. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit, filed in support of this Company Application, the delay is condoned.

The Company Application is, accordingly, ordered.
