It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that in similar circumstances, this Court passed order, dated 22-09-2014 in writ petition No.30479 of 2010,

2. Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, the writ petition is disposed of. The 2nd respondent can depute one of his officers to the petitioners' theatres and if any lapses are still noticed, they can take necessary action for recovery of the penalty amount already imposed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
