Gopala Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However if the petitioners are aggrieved by the auction conducted by the respondent Bank, they are at liberty to approach the appropriate authority under the SARFAESI Act.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
