THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.LAKSHMAN W.P.No.1078 of 2020 O R D E R:
This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in attempting to dispossess the petitioner from her property bearing House No.11-3-853, 853/2 and 3 situated at New Mallepally, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
According to the petitioner, the respondents 1 to 4, more particularly, 4th respondent is trying to interfere with the civil disputes and trying to dispossess the petitioner illegally without following due process of law during the pendency of two suits i.e., O.S.No.s 1786 of 2018 and 555 of 2018 for perpetual injunction and partition.

On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that on 29.12.2019 the mother of the writ petitioner lodged a complaint stating that her daughter is threatening and abusing her and that the 5th respondent has also given a complaint on 12.12.2019 alleging that her sister i.e., petitioner herein, along with others trying to neck her out from the house; that basing on the said two complaints, after making GD entry, the personnel of the 4th respondent went to the house of the 5th respondent for causing enquiry; and that the police never interfered with the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time and they after making GD entry only made enquiries. He would further submit
that the police never tried to dispossess the petitioner from the above said premises.

The written instructions dt.17.01.2020 submitted by the 4th respondent is placed on record.

In view of the statement of the 4th respondent in the written instructions dt.17.01.2020 that they never tried to interfere with the civil disputes and they never tried to dispossess the writ petitioner from her property, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
