Sri K.Laxmaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that, pending Writ Petition, the seized stocks have been released by the respondent authorities and nothing survives in the Writ Petition for further adjudication. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
