THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.1168 of 2018 ORDER:
The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...........to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not taking any action to register a crime as per law on the report sent by the petitioner dated 11.11.2017 against the respondent No.5, as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Article 14 & 21 of the Constitution of India apart from violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to register a crime against respondent No.5 and investigate the same as per law on the complaint sent by the petitioner dated 11.11.2017.........."
The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that respondent No.4 has made General Diary entry of the complaint and the outcome of the preliminary enquiry will be informed to the petitioner herein within one
(01) week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. By placing the statement on record, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
