THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE D.NAGARJUN CRIMINAL PETITION No.370 of 2020 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 5 to quash FIR in Crime No.166 of 2019 of Julapalli Police Station, Peddapalli, Karimnagar District registered against them for the offence under Sections 307, 420, 324, 447, 290, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

No representation on behalf of the petitioners. 3.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has submitted that subsequent to the filing of the criminal petition, the Police concerned have completed entire investigation and also filed charge sheet, which was numbered as PRC No.140 of 2020 on the file of learned Junior Civil Judge, Sulthanabad and to that extent copy of the proceeding sheet downloaded from e-courts is filed.

In view of the above submissions, since entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is also filed, the very purpose of filing the criminal petition to quash FIR in Crime No.166 of 2019 of Julapalli Police Station, Peddapalli,

Karimnagar District is defeated and thereby the criminal petition has become infructuous and liable to be dismissed. 5.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
