This Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to and in connection with Crime No. 19 of 2013 on the file of Madanapalli I Town Police Station, Chittoor District.

Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the police, after conducting investigation, have filed their final report on 08.10.2013 before the Court of the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Madanapalle referring the complaint as a 'false one'.
