Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner, in the instant writ petition, seeks the following relief:
"For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in not issuing duplicate Pattadar Pass Books inspite of payment of prescribed fee and reminders as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules 1989, consequently, direct the respondent to expedite the process of issuing duplicate pattadar pass books in favour of the petitioner forthwith with regard land admeasuring Ac.5.00 cents in Sy.No.1192/2 in Nunnur Village, Oravakal Mandal, Kurnool District and to pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are issued to concerned authority to consider his request for issuing duplicate pattadar pass book within time frame. Learned Government Pleader for the respondent has no objection for issuing such direction.
Hence, the writ petition is disposed of with the following order: "The respondent shall consider the petitioner's request for issuing duplicate pattadar pass book, subject to compliance of all formalities, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the
respondent within a period of two weeks from today. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
