This petition is filed by the petitioners-A2 and A3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in PRC No.12 of 2014 on the file of the. Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Jangaon, Warangal District, which took cognizance of the offences punishable under Sections 420, 417 and 306 IPC and 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

On written instructions, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the trial in the subject case was terminated on 30.03.2015. Under these circumstances, there is nothing to adjudicate.

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
