THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 1614 of 2015 P.C:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

In the instant C.R.P., the petitioner seeks to challenge the following order:

"Heard the submissions of the petitioner's counsel. Interim stay granted till 02.06.2015 subject to payment of 25% of the amount demanded in the impugned demand notice dated 19.01.2015 into the account of GHMC on or before 02.06.2015. If for any reason the above mentioned condition is not complied within the time specified above, stay granted by the Court automatically stands vacated. Issue notice to respondent by 02.06.2015." I have perused the application and the other material placed before the Court. Having regard thereto, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order, whereby interim stay has been granted subject to payment of 25% of the amount demanded by the impugned notice.

C.R.P. is dismissed.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks extension of time to deposit the amount.

Time to deposit the amount is extended till 05.06.2015. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. _____________________ DILIP B.BHOSALE,J
