Sri K.Chenchurami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners in both the cases, seeks leave to withdraw these Writ Petitions reserving liberty to the petitioners for taking recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law, as and when a fresh cause of action arises.

These Writ Petitions are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.
