THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.6288 of 2015 ORDER:

In her anxiousness, the petitioner has added the 4th respondent as party respondent, which is not necessary in the present case.

2. The grievance of the petitioner precisely in this writ petition is that though an application in Form-VI (A) was submitted on 08.11.2014 for issue of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of the land in an extent of Ac.2-20 cents in Survey No.531 of Peddaraveedu Village & Mandal, Prakasam District, the 3rd respondent has not acted upon the said application till date.

3. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.37635 of 2014 and batch.

4. This Court, by a Common Order dated 12.12.2014, disposed of the W.P.No.37635 of 2014 and batch, observing as follows: "The petitioners have submitted the Applications in Form VI (A) on 15.07.2013 to the recording authority, the Tahsildar, Varadaiahpalem Mandal, the 4t h respondent herein.

Therefore, the 4th respondent shall deal with the Applications of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, within a maximum period of three months, at any rate, before the end of March, 2015."

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's application in Form VI-(A) submitted on 08.11.2014 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of three months, at any rate, before the end of June, 2015. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
