ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not selecting the petitioner after conducting interview on 19-9-2007 for the post of Anganwadi worker of Karasguthi Village, Manoor Mandal, Medak District is illegal, arbitrary and unjust and the same is violation of the Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and G.O.Ms.No.21, dated 24-8-2007 and consequently direct the respondents to issue posting orders to the petitioner for the post of Anganwadi Worker of Karasguthi Village, Manoor Mandal, Medak District instead of 5th respondent in the interests of justice."
Sri K.Goverdhan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter, dated 28.07.2015, to the Registry, wherein it is
stated that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this writ petition. At the hearing, Sri V.Narender Reddy, learned counsel, representing the learned counsel for the petitioner, reiterated the contents of the said letter.
