This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 16.07.2012, in I.A.No.2236 of 2011 in O.S.No.21 of 2009 on the file of I Additional District Judge, Kurnool, whereunder and whereby, application filed under Order XIV Rule 1 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 to frame additional issue i.e., whether the suit is maintainable in the absence of a relief for declaration that the plaintiff is a lineal descendant of late J.Azeez Ahmed Khan, was dismissed.

The case status, as per the official website of ecourts, shows that the suit itself was dismissed for default on 10.06.2014. 3.

Since the main suit itself was dismissed for default, no orders need be passed in this revision petition and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
