THE HON'BLE SMT.JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI CONTEMPT CASE No.87 OF 2015 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed to punish the respondent for wilful violation of orders dated 28-02-2014 passed by this Court in WP.No.5663 of 2014.

To-day when the matter is taken-up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the respondent orally assured that he would direct issuance of dispatch permits, he has withdrawn the WP.No.5663 of 2014. As WP.No.5663 of 2014 is dismissed as withdrawn, no orders are necessary in the present contempt case and the same is liable to be closed.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel to the disposal of this case, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
