Heard Sri A.K.Kishore Reddy for petitioner, Assistant Government Pleader (Panc hayat Raj) for respondents 1 and 2 and Sri Ravi Cheemalapati for 3rd respondent. The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the urgent notice dated 02-08-2016 issued by the 3rd respondent to remove shed in Sy.No.148 as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction. At request of Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent, the writ petition has been adjourned from 01-11-2016 to today. The Standing Counsel, on instructions, states that the cause in the writ petition or grievance against urgent notice may not survive for the petitioner has given undertaking to remove shed in Sy.No.148.
