HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. CHANDRAIAH AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL C.M.A.No.488 of 2010 JUDGMENT: (Per GC,J) Aggrieved by the order dated 24.11.2009 in I.A.No.2433 of 2009 in G.W.O.P.No.45 of 2006 on the file of the District Judge, Guntur, the instant appeal is preferred by the petitioner. I.A.No.2433 of 2009 was filed by the petitioner therein under Section 151 CPC praying the Court below to permit the petitioner to sell away the 4 paise share of the minor girl Miriyala Laxmikantham, in the cinema hall situated in Amaravathi town, which is shown as item No.4 in the petition schedule. By order dated 24.11.2009, the Court below dismissed the application. Aggrieved by the same, the present appeal is filed.

As can be seen from the order dated 24.11.2009 in I.A.No.2433 of 2009 in G.W.O.P.No.45 of 2006, the age of the minor girl-Miriyala Laxmikantham was 14 years as on 12.03.2009. Now, she attained age of majority, aged 20 years.
