This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
"To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction declaring the inaction of the respondents in considering the petitioner's representation Dt.18.09.2015 for payment of amounts with regard to the supply of water through Tractors as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to pay the amount forthwith in pursuant to the petitioner's representation Dt.18.09.2015."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 18.09.2015 to the respondents, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said representation may be directed to be disposed of by fixing some time frame. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the said representation will be considered, in accordance with law.

For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 18.09.2015 said to have been filed by the petitioner herein within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
