HON'BLE Dr.JUSTICE G.RADHA RANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.331 of 2022 ADVANCE ORDER:

The Criminal Petition is allowed. Petitioners- A6 and A7 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Golconda Police Station, Hyderabad, in Cr.No.248 of 2021, within 15 days from the date of this order, and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer, shall release them on bail on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) each with two sureties for the like sum each to his satisfaction. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency and shall abide by the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
