HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.29242 of 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondents 1 to 4 in not taking any action as against respondents 5 and 6 in respect of the alleged constructions made by them in violation of the sanction plan.

When the matter is taken up for consideration on 01.12.2016, the learned Counsel for respondents 5 and 6 submitted that the constructions were regularized by issuing appropriate order. 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that challenging the aforesaid order of regularization, Writ Petition No.43851 of 2016 was filed and the order of regularization is suspended by this Court. 4.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue her grievance in the subsequent Writ Petition. It is also open to the petitioner to pursue the Contempt Case No.959 of 2006, which is alleged to have been pending. However, the closure of the present writ petition in view of the subsequent development would not come in the way of considering the Contempt Case. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
