THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE N.BALAYOGI WRI T PETI TI ON No.4132 of 2015 ORDER: (per SK,J) The State of Andhra Pradesh and its Commissioner of Industries filed this writ petition aggrieved by the order dated 01.11.2013 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad in O.A.No.3480 of 2011, whereby they were directed to accord all consequential benefits to the first respondent herein after the proceedings dated 10.01.2005 imposing upon him the penalty of stoppage of two annual grade increments without cumulative effect were set aside. No interim order was passed by this Court staying the operation of the order under challenge.
It is now stated before us that the order passed by the Tribunal has been given effect to by the State of Andhra Pradesh. Proceedings dated 03.06.2016 passed by the Director of Industries, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, are produced in evidence thereof. As the order under challenge has already been acted upon, the issue raised in the writ petition has become purely academic and does not warrant consideration on merits.
On this short ground, the writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
