HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.19191 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the second respondent in stopping/removing the illegal/unauthorized construction being carried on by 3rd respondent in Plot No.36, Sy.No.59, 60, Pocharam village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, which is adjacent to the petitioner's Pocharam SEZ campus main gate as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the second respondent to remove such illegal/unauthorized construction being carried out by the third respondent in violation of the statutory building rules in purported plot No.36 in Sy.No.59, 60 of Pocharam village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and to pass such other necessary orders.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
