ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies before the appellate authority.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on filing of such an appeal, the appellate authority shall consider and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
