B/O tk I.A.NO.4 OF 2022 This application is filed to relax the partly relaxed condition imposed vide order dt.17.11.2021 made in IA.No.3 of 2021 in Crl.P.No.338 of 2021 in ECIR/HYZO/21/2020 on the file of the Directorate of Enforcement, Hyderabad and to modify/delete the said clause.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that investigation is complete and charge sheet is already filed in Special Court. Keeping in view the exigencies and reason for travel of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to move the Special Court constituted under Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, Hyderabad, and upon filing such application made for the purpose of travel, the said Court shall consider the said application and permit him to travel.

Accordingly, the earlier condition imposed by this Court is altered.
