THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO Civil Revision Petition No.2971 of 2009 O R D E R:

Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dt.27.06.2015 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Andhra Pradesh stating that since the revision petitioners deposited the entire decretal amount before the executing Court, cause in the revision petition does not survive and seeks to withdraw the civil revision petition. This request is also reiterated in the Court.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
