The petitioner was appointed as Field Assistant at Gontuvanipalem Village, Addateegala Mandal, East Godavari District by proceedings, dated 24.05.2007. However, a show cause notice was issued and the petitioner was placed under suspension by proceedings, dated nil.10.2015. Thereafter, no charges were framed and the enquiry was also not completed in spite of the petitioner submitted his explanation on 11.01.2016. Hence, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent submits that the enquiry is not yet completed.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to complete the enquiry proposed against the petitioner pursuant to the order, dated nil.10.2015, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
