HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.771 OF 2015 ORDER:

No representation for the petitioner.

When the suit in O.S. No.165 of 2006 is withdrawn and transferred to the file of XII-Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, on administrative ground, the petitioner herein/plaintiff, on the ground that he has been facing inconvenience to go over to the said Court, sought to re-transfer it to the file of I-Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad. When both Courts are located in the same premises, there cannot be any objection to the petitioner where transfer was effected on administrative grounds to maintain equilibrium. Therefore, there is no merit in the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, and, accordingly, the same is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.SHANKAR NARAYANA Dt. 09.04.2018 gbs
