THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.44486 of 2016 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioners seek to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.14 of 2016 pending on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge at Yelamanchili, Visakhapatnam District. Since this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings while exercising the powers under Article 226 of Constitution of India, learned counsel for the petitioners prayed this Court to dispense with the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court.

The writ petition is dismissed. However, the presence of the petitioners in D.V.C.No.14 of 2016 on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge at Yelamanchili, Visakhapatnam District is dispensed with except on the dates so specifically the learned Magistrate insists for their appearance. No costs.
