This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.1 in Crime No.26 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Chilakalapudi Police Station, Krishna District. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is accorded.
