IA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 cPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 1"t respondent to initiate further action with regard to letter dated 01 .02'2018' which was reiterated vide another letter dated 28.09.2018 granting permission to release the General Nursing and Midwifery certificates pending disposal of the above Writ petition.

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner with the prayer which reads as follows:- .,to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 1"t respondent with regard to resolving the letter dated Oll02l2OlS which was reiterated vide another letter dated 28109 12018 to release the General Nursing and granting permlsslon Midwifery Certificates to the petitioner pursuant to the letters addressed by the 2"d respondent to the 1st respondent as illegal' arbitrary and amounts to violative of rights guaranteed under Article 14, 19(1Xg) and 2l of the Constitution of India by directing the respondents to grant permission to release the General Nursing and Midwifery certificates to the petitioner'"
2. Heard both sides and perused the record'
3. Petitioner assert that she passed the General Nursing and Midwifery Diploma course but the certificates of pass are withheld by the 2'd respondent and in this regard' the 2"d respondent addressed a letter dated 01'02'2018 to the 1"t respondent to accord permission to release the said certificates of pass to the petitioner. Though two and half years of period is elapsed, no action has been taken by the l"t respondent' The 2"d respondent also reiterated the request vide letter' dated 2S.og.2olsbutinvain.Thesaidinactionofthel"trespondent in releasing the certificates of pass to the petitioner has caused great hardship to her as she is not in a position to work even in
private sector and also to apply for the recruitment notifications issued in government hospitals' Hence' this Writ Petition'

A perusal ofthe letter dated O1'02'2O18 addressed to l"t respondent discloses that a permission is sought by the 2"d respondent to release the General Nursing and Midwifery certificate to such passed out students and also to issue necessary instructions to the Registrar, Telangana state Nurses and Midwives Council' Hyderabad to consider such certificates for registration'
5. In those circumstances' the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No' 1 to take necessary decision with regard to release of the certificates to the petitioner subject to her fulfillment of other conditions' within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order' lt shall ensure that the grievance of the petitioner is redressed' Miscellaneous petitions' if any' pending in this writ petition shall stand closed' There shall b:,no order as to costs' SD/.
