ORAL ORDER:

Against the order of suspension from service, petitioner filed WP No. 4232 of 2017. Said writ petition was dismissed granting liberty to petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal. Direction was issued to dispose of the appeal, if so filed, preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. Alleging violation of the said directions, even though appeal is filed, this contempt case is filed.

Learned Government Pleader produced orders of the Government in Memo No.

145/CS.I-CCS/2017 dated 24.7.2017 considering the appeal/representation filed by the petitioner and revoking the suspension of the petitioner duly setting aside the order of the Commissioner of Civil Supplies dated 30.11.2016.
