Heard Sri L.J.Veera Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 3, Sri Y.Sudhakar, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2, 4 and 6 and Sri Rama Chandra Rao Gurram, learned counsel for respondent No.5.

The material on record shows that for reddressal of the grievance petitioners herein submitted a representation dated 17.04.2017 to the District Collector, YSR Kadapa District, Kadapa/third respondent herein and according to the learned counsel for the petitioner the same is pending consideration before the third respondent and no action has been taken on the said representation.

A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the District Collector/third respondent herein to take appropriate action on the representation dated 17.04.2017. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the said statements, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent/District Collector to consider the representation of the petitioner herein said to have been made on 17,.04.2017 and take appropriate action in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
