HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3760 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner/accused seeks bail.

It is seen that the petitioner is facing charges and he is said to have committed theft of copper winding and other parts in Thimmapuram village, East Godavari District.

The case is coming for framing of charges before the trial court and at that stage, when he absconded, the trial court issued N.B.Ws. and he was arrested.

It appears that the applications filed before the trial court were dismissed considering that apprehension that he may not be available for trial.

As the matter stand, I see no ground to grant bail. The trial court is directed to frame charges and complete trial expeditiously.

Accordingly this Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
