THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.23385 of 2006 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he is working with the respondent No.4-Stone Crusher Unit and monthly wages were not paid to him. In this regard, he filed certain representations before the official respondents. But no orders are passed on the said representations and wages are not paid. Hence, he filed this writ petition.

The counter affidavit of the official respondents discloses that the respondent No.4 has paid sufficient amounts to the petitioner and he has regularly paid the wages to the petitioner till he left the respondent No.4-Crusher Unit. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed, as the cause of action do not survive.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
