THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1133 of 2020 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-GHMC. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in constructing the park and laid the roads in the land of the petitioner in part of the land out of Ac.11.01 gts situated in Sy.No.156/1 of Hydernagar Village, Balanagar Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District without consent and without payment of compensation to the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent either to pay the compensation or allot alternative similar site to the petitioner for construction of parks and laid the roads in the land belongs to the petitioner (Part of the land out of Ac.11.01 gts) situated in Sy.No.156/1 of Hydernagar Village, Balanagar Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, while arguing the matter before this Court, seeks a direction to the respondent Corporation to dispose of the representation, dated 11.12.2019, submitted by the petitioner to the respondent. 4.
Learned Standing Counsel seeks time to get instructions in the matter.

However, in the light of the specific submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent Corporation is hereby directed to dispose of the representation, dated 11.12.2019, submitted by the petitioner, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity to the petitioner.

With the above said direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
